H. Resolution Authorizing First Union Bank to Honor Certain County <br />Employee Signatures <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 7/8/92: <br />TO: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />e9tjl� <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: July 8, 1992 <br />RE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FIRST UNION BANK <br />TO HONOR CERTAIN COUNTY EMPLOYEE SIGNATURES <br />The Finance Director has requested that the Board of County <br />Commissioners pass a resolution authorizing First Union Bank to accept <br />the signatures of certain County employees for purchases for Sandridge <br />Golf Club. The attached resolution is that authorization for amounts <br />not to exceed $500 and under certain conditions. The authorized <br />signatories would be Bob Komarinetz, Vicki Wagner, and Bill Davidson. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Board authorize the <br />Chairman to execute the attached resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (3-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being absent) adopted Resolution <br />92-98, directing First Union Bank to honor certain <br />authorized signatures under certain specified <br />conditions on Board of County Commissioners' checking <br />account and checks. <br />13 <br />
