Gentile, .E.T. <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing for the Paving & Drainage Improvements to <br />Seagrape Drive between CR510 and Magnolia Lane in <br />Oceanaire Heights Subdivision <br />DATE: July 1, 1992 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On June 23. 1992 the Board of County Commissioners adopted <br />Resolution No. 92-89 providing for certain paving and drainage <br />improvements to Seagrape Drive between CR510 and Magnolia Lane in <br />Oceanaire Heights Subdivision. A petition was received from the <br />property owners on this road. The petition was signed by owners of <br />27 of the 51 properties in the proposed benefited area. This <br />represents 53% of the parcels in the proposed benefited area. <br />On June 23. 1992 the Board of County Commissioners adopted another <br />Resolution 92-90 setting the date and time for a Public Hearing to <br />discuss the advisability, cost and amount of the assessment against <br />each property owner. This hearing is scheduled for July 14, 1992. <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />assessment roll, and confirming resolution with changes, if any, <br />made after input at the July 14. 1992 Public Hearing. Revised <br />confirming resolution and assessment roll will be forwarded to <br />Chairman of the Board for signature. The Assessment Roll and <br />assessment plat are on file with the Clerk to the Board of County <br />Commissioner's office. - <br />JL 14 1992 <br />
