F- <br />10 L <br />10L 1 1 <br />Connfirming (Third Reso.) <br />BOOK 6 F" WE J`41 <br />2/20/91(ENG)RES3.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 1L1 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 33RD AVENUE SW <br />BETWEEN 13TH STREET SW AND 15TH STREET SW IN <br />GROVENOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted by Resolution No. 92-87, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 33rd Avenue SW between <br />13th Street SW and 15th Street SW in Grovenor Estates <br />Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />Section 11-46, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 92-88, on June 23. 1992, which <br />set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br />of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br />as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br />Board to act as required by Section 11-47, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal <br />Newspaper on June 30, 1992, and July 7. 1992, (twice one week <br />apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the <br />hearing), as required by Section 11-46, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at <br />least ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section <br />11-46, Indian River County Code; and <br />36 <br />
