O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney / ! qty <br />t <br />DATE: June 23, 1992 <br />RE: PUBLIC BEARING - JULY 14, 1992 - REVISIONS OF <br />CHAPTER 219 SPECIAL TAXES, DISTRICT AND UNITS (1976 <br />EDITION) <br />The Board approved a public hearing date of July 14, 1992 for the <br />subject ordinance. <br />REQUEST: <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached proposed ordinance. <br />Chairman Eggert opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, she closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously (3-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being absent) adopted Ordinance <br />92-26, providing for the repeal in part and editorial <br />transfer in part of Chapter 21, Special Taxes, Districts <br />and units of Indian River County (1976 Edition) to <br />Chapters 208, 209, and 210 of the new Indian River County <br />Code. <br />42 <br />
