Administrator Chandler emphasized that the overall <br />consideration in making the recommendation was that the public <br />would continue to benefit from the beach front property. <br />Chairman Eggert understood that we now stand in agreement, <br />which is that we meant to say that the beach front property is <br />going to be held for public use, that we expect the $125,000, and <br />that we would be given the right of first refusal. <br />Mr. Dorsky stated that he understood the clarification. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (3-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being absent) clarified that <br />the differential amount is $125,000, that it <br />would remain as public use "and" the County would <br />have the right of first refusal. <br />Chairman Eggert advised that a letter to that effect will be <br />sent to the Town of Indian River Shores. <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />Chairman Eggert announced that immediately upon .adjournment <br />the Board would reconvene sitting as the Commissioners of the Solid <br />Waste Disposal District. Those Minutes are being prepared <br />separately. <br />There being no further business, on Motion duly made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board adjourned at 10:32 o'clock A.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />J.
