Finney, SR=��� <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way Purchases/ 1st Street SW / Harold <br />Brooks Parcel <br />DATE: June 29, 1992 CONSENT AGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County needs an additional 30 feet of right-of-way for <br />the petition paving project on 1st Street SW. The Board of County <br />Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the right-of-way <br />along this corridor on January 21, 1992. <br />The property owners have signed a sale/purchase contract at the <br />lands' appraised value of $.40 per square foot or $4,007.52 for the <br />.23 acre parcel. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests the Board accept the contract and direct the <br />Chairman to execute the contract on the Board's behalf. <br />FUNDING <br />Petition Paving Project Account No. 173-214-541-066.12 <br />5 <br />JUL 14 092 <br />BOOK <br />
