This need calls for critical and immediate action to pull the kids <br /> more strongly into Crossover Mission through more competitive athletics, more frequent/regular <br /> activity, academic alternatives and greater monitoring and accountability by tough, male mentors and <br /> experienced exceptional student educators. <br /> 2 <br />
