Florida Statutes: 850-035.01 <br /> 334.044(7) PROGRAM MANAGEMENT <br /> OGC—12/15 <br /> Page 13 of 20 <br /> 31. Time is of the essence as to each and every obligation under this Agreement. <br /> 32. The Department and the Recipient acknowledge and agree to the following: <br /> i. The Recipient shall utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E- <br /> Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees <br /> hired by the Recipient during the term of the contract; and <br /> ii. The Recipient shall expressly require any contractors and subcontractors <br /> performing work or providing services pursuant to the state contract to <br /> likewise utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify <br /> system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired by <br /> the contractor/subcontractor during the contract term. <br /> 33. This Agreement may be executed in duplicate originals. <br /> 34. The contractor/consultant/vendor agrees to comply with s.20.055(5), Florida Statutes, and <br /> to incorporate in all subcontracts the obligation to comply with s.20.055(5), Florida <br /> Statutes. <br /> The remainder of this page intentionally left blank. <br />
