Maintenance and Service Agreements: <br /> Timeframes for Maintenance and Service contracts are at the discretion of the county. However, <br /> reimbursement can only be claimed for services provided within the current Agreement period. <br /> These contracts cannot be rolled over from year to year. The procurement process must be repeated <br /> once the contract period ends and all renewals have been exhausted. <br /> IV. Construction and Renovation <br /> Construction and renovation projects are allowable under the EMPA Program.
