B. Public Comments <br />The Chairman opened the floor to public comments; there were no <br />speakers and the Chairman closed the public comments. <br />C. Proposed Amendments <br />None <br />D. Adopt Tentative Non -Ad Valorem Assessment Rates <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by Vice <br />Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved the Non -Ad <br />Valorem assessment rates of $64.13 per Residential Waste Generation <br />Unit; $35.55 per Commercial Waste Generation Unit; $20.49 <br />Readiness -to -Use Fee; and $19.51 per ton for Landfill Ash Product <br />Disposal Fee for the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD). <br />E. Adopt Tentative Budget <br />ON MOTION by Chairman Solari, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Zorc, the Board unanimously approved the Budget of $13,141,095. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 5:18 p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeffrey R.
