Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes-Final September 20,2016 <br /> Sherry Doe,4250 20th Avenue, Pinson Subdivision, supported the connection <br /> to County water. <br /> There being no other speakers,the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> A motion was made by Vice Chairman Flescher,seconded by Chairman Solari,to <br /> approve Resolution 2016-087,confirming the special assessments in connection <br /> with water main extension from 2000 to and including 2066 42nd Place and <br /> including 4206,4216,4220,4230,4240,4260,and 4260 20th Avenue within Pinson <br /> Subdivision,and including 2226 42nd Street in Indian River County, Florida; and <br /> providing for special assessment liens to be made of record.
