Additional Right -of -Way Purchase 1st Street S.W. <br />Robert Bagaley Parcels <br />The Board reviewed memo from County Right -of -Way Agent Don <br />Finney dated July 8, 1992: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W. Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director <br />and <br />Roger D. Cain, P.E. <br />County Engineer <br />FROM: Donald G. Finney, SRA <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way Purchase / 1st Street SW / Robert <br />Bagaley Parcels <br />DATE: July 8, 1992 CONSENT AGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County needs an additional 30 feet of right-of-way for <br />the petition paving project on 1st Street SW. The Board of County <br />Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the right-of-way <br />along this corridor on January 21, 1992. <br />The property owners have signed a sale/purchase contract for each <br />of the parcels at the lands' appraised value of $.40 per square <br />foot as follows: <br />1) .11 acre, $1,916.64 <br />2) .26 acre, $4,530.24 <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests the Board accept the two contracts and direct the <br />Chairman to execute the contracts on the Board's behalf. <br />8 <br />
