SAID TEMPORARY EASEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />7/13/ 82RESO) LEGALC WG C/zilzaa) <br />Parcel 701.1 <br />Section 88030-2514 <br />State Rd. 60 <br />County: Indian River <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- I n 3 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING A TEMPORARY <br />CONSTRUCTION ACCESS EASEMENT TO THE <br />FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE MERRILL BARBER <br />BRIDGE. <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation <br />proposes to construct or improve State Road No. 60 (Merrill Barber <br />Bridge), Section No. 88030-2514, in Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain lands now owned by <br />Indian River County be used temporarily by the State of Florida <br />Department of Transportation; and <br />WHEREAS, said use is in the best interest of the County; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation <br />has made application to said County to execute and deliver to the State <br />of Florida Department of Transportation a temporary . easement, or <br />easements, in favor of the State of Florida Department of <br />Transportation, for the purpose of temporary access to the construction <br />site, and said request having been duly considered, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />the application of the State of Florida Department of Transportation for <br />a temporary easement, or easements, is for transportation purposes <br />which are in the public or community interest and for public welfare; <br />that a temporary easement, or easements, in favor of the State of <br />Florida Department of Transportation, in Indian River County, should <br />be drawn and executed by this Board of County Commissioners. <br />Consideration shall be repair of drainage swales along Indian River <br />Boulevard which may be damaged by use of the easement and <br />restoration of the land to its natural condition, consistent with state <br />and federal regulatory permit conditions. <br />it <br />J U L 211992 moo. 1 FaUtLu <br />
