ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute Amendment No. <br />4 with Kimley-Horn for additional engineering <br />services, as recommended by staff, with the <br />additional direction to attempt to negotiate a <br />setoff with them. <br />AMENDMENT NO. 4 <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />AS -BUILT RESOLUTION AND ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO FRANGIPANI DRIVE BETWEEN CR510 AND MAGNOLIA LANE <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis commented from the following <br />memo dated July 10, 1992: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W. Gentile <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: As -Built Resolutions & Assessment Rolls for Paving and <br />Drainage Improvements to: <br />1) Frangipani Drive between CR510 and Magnolia Lane <br />DATE: July 10, 1992 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The paving of the above roads has been completed. The final <br />assessments are as follows: <br />1) Preliminary Estimates Final Cost <br />$106,579.20 - 100% $73,295.68 - 100% <br />$ 79,934.40 - 75% $56,071.20 - 75%* <br />(3660 Front Footage) (3660 Front Footage) <br />$21.84/per FF $15.32/per FF <br />*This figure includes 2% Tax Collector's fee. <br />The final assessment roll has been prepared and is ready to be <br />delivered to the Clerk to the Board.
