RESOLUTION NO. 2014 - <br />'ACHMENT E-6 <br />RESOLUTION FOR ASSISTANCE 2414 <br />UNDER THE FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT <br />V,, WATERWAYS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, THE Indian River County BOCC is interested in carrying <br />following described project for the enjoyment of the citizenry of Indian River County <br />and the State of Florida: <br />Project Title Oslo Public Boat Ramp Parking and Dredging <br />Total Estimated Cost $ 1,040,000-00 <br />Brief Description of Project: <br />The public boat ramp is located at the east terminus of Oslo Road, southIndian <br />River County. Vehicular and boat trailer parking, maintenance dredging, channel <br />markers and dock extension will be constructed. <br />AND, Florida Inland Navigation District financial assistance is requirea for tine program <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Indian River County BOCC <br />(Name of Agency) <br />14w that the project described above be authorized, <br />,_be it further resolved that said <br />River <br />ame <br />snake application to the Florida Inland Navigation Districtin the -amount _of 47.1% of the <br />actual cost of the project in behalf of said Indian River County BOCC <br />AND, be it further resolved by the Indian River County BOCC <br />(Name of Agency) <br />that it certifies to the following: <br />1. That it will accept the terms and conditions set forth in FIND Rule 66B-2 <br />F.A.C. and which will be a part of the Project Agreement for any assistance awarded under <br />2.
