Indian River County I Impact Fee Update Study Staff Recommended Fee Rate In the case of parks and recreation facilities impact fee, the County staff recommends adopting the affordable growth fees with a 25 -percent discount. This approach takes into consideration the expected capital needs over the next several years and will be reviewed during the next technical study update.
