Indian River County 1 Impact Fee Update Study <br />portion of the cost of building a lane mile of capacity directly related to the amount of <br />capacity consumed by each unit of land use contained in the impact fee schedule that is not <br />paid for by future tax revenues generated by new development. <br />It should be noted that the information used to develop the impact fee schedule was based <br />on the most recent, reliable, and localized data available.
