7. Authorized Department representatives, or contractors accompanied by a Department <br />representative will be allowed to access the Project Site at all times. In the event access is needed after <br />regular business hours, the Department shall provide reasonable notice, except in an emergency, notice <br />reasonable under the circumstances will be provided. <br />8. The Department agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to this <br />Project and the Agreement. <br />9. Either party may terminate this Agreement after thirty (30) days advance written notice to the <br />other party. At the end of the time noticed, the Department shall, at its own expense, remove all detachable <br />equipment from the Project Site. All items installed by the Department and described in Exhibit A shall <br />remain the sole property of the Department. <br />10. This Agreement embodies the whole agreement of the parties. There are no promises, terms, <br />conditions, or obligations other than those contained herein, and this Agreement shall supersede all <br />previous communications, representations, or agreements, wither verbal or written, between the parties <br />hereto. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Agreement. <br />11. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until such times as the parties mutually <br />agree in writing to its termination. <br />12. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors, assigns, and legal representatives of the <br />Department and the Agency. <br />13.
