Office of Criminal Justice Grants <br />Grant Number: 2015-JAGC-INRI-1-R3-115 <br />Grant Title: MULTI -AGENCY CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT 2014-2015 <br />In addition to the general conditions applicable to fiscal administration, the grant is subject to the following Special <br />Condition(s)/General Comment(s). <br />Ref# S30210. Prior to the drawdown of federal funds, Indian River County must submit a current task force <br />agreement signed by all participating agencies. <br />Ref# S30213 Within 120 days of the award date, Indian River County must provide a letter signed by either the task <br />force commander or the chief official of the lead agency of the task force documenting that all necessary personnel <br />have completed the required task force training. <br />Ref# S30214: Prior to the drawdown of federal funds, a Methamphetamine Mitigation Plan must be submitted to and <br />approved by the Office of Criminal Justice Grants as described in the SFY2014 JAG Standard Conditions. This is to <br />ensure Indian River County maintains compliance with Department of Justice and National Environmental Policy Act <br />(NEPA) requirements for federally funded activities involving the identification, seizure, or closure of clandestine <br />methamphetamine laboratories <br />38 <br />
