6. If on June 1, 2015 the Town has not agreed that the City should continue to provide <br />electricity within the Town after the Franchise Agreement expires, or the City and the <br />Town have not reached formal agreement on an appropriate means for the City to <br />discontinue providing electric service within the Town after the Franchise Agreement <br />expires, then the Town would be free to take whatever procedural steps are required <br />to resume prosecution of its lawsuit against the City without repeating the conflict <br />resolution process in Chapter 164, Florida Statutes. <br />2 <br />144 <br />
