In summary, and as set forth more <br />fully and subject to the express qualifications stated below, the City will not assert any <br />claim of tortious interference or breach of contract in connection with, or as a result of, <br />(a) evaluations of future electric power supply alternatives by either the Town or Indian <br />River County ("County"), or (b) discussions that the Town or the County may have with <br />Florida Power & Light Company ("FPL") or any other potential supplier of electricity <br />1 <br />I 14 <br />
