The <br />program is selectively applied to determine whether a new or <br />innovative technique or measure can be used to improve or <br />expand public transit. (FDOT Procedure Topic Number 725- <br />030-005-e) <br />Program Public Transit Service Development Projects are undertaken <br />Procedures: by a public agency to determine whether a new or innovative <br />technique or measure can be utilized to improve or expand <br />public transit services to its constituency. The duration of the <br />project shall be limited according to the type of the project in <br />conformance with the provisions of Section 341.051(5)(f), <br />Florida Statutes, but in no case shall exceed a period of 3 <br />years.
