RESOLUTION NO. 2016- <br />'ftm� A RESOLUTION` OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING <br />A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 FOR CERTAIN <br />NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has held the <br />necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth <br />in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Indian River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following funds: <br />Other Special Revenue Funds $ 27,057,189 <br />Other Debt Service Fund $ 1,048,166 <br />Capital Projects $ 26,349,675 <br />Enterprise Funds $ 471082,750 <br />Internal Service Funds $27 , 951,698 <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher <br />Commissioner Wesley S. Davis <br />Commissioner Peter D.
