or <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 014 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 8, OCEAN OAKS WEST SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement on Lot 8 of Ocean Oaks <br />West Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement portion: <br />the south one (])foot of the north ten (10) foot drainage easement less and except anv portion of <br />the east five (5) foot drainage easement of Lot 8, Ocean Oaks West Subdivision, according to the plat <br />thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 21, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner O'Bryan <br />Commissioner Flescher , and adopted on the 10th day of <br />February 2015, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Wesley S Davis A_�_ <br />Vice -Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br />Commissioner Joseph E Flescher Aye <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc Aye <br />Commissioner Peter D O'Bryan Aye <br />The Chairman declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this l9tla <br />February 2015. <br />, seconded by <br />day of M......-• <br />.��O��pltlSSl0yF9s <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />e <br />;o. <br />By.
