RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 024 <br />• RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />• PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 3, UNIT 4, OF BENT PINE SUBDIVISION <br />UNIT 3 & UNIT 4 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage, utility and golf course maintenance <br />easement on Lot 3, Unit 4, of Bent Pine Subdivision Unit 3 & Unit 4; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement portion - <br />the easterly ten (10) ,feet of the westerly fifty, (50) foot drainage, utility, & goff course <br />maintenance easement, less and except any portion of the northerly seven and one-half (7.5) foot utility <br />easement and southerly seven and one -had (7 5) jbol utility easement, of Lot 3, Unit 4, Bent Pine <br />Subdivision Unit 3 & Unit 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 80, of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Tlorida. <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner O'Bryan seconded by <br />Commissioner F1 escher , and adopted on the 17th day of <br />February 2015, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Wesley S.
