RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - 078 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 14, BLOCK 4, VERO SHORES <br />SUBDIVISION UNIT 1 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 14, <br />Block 4, of Vero Shores Subdivision Unit 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />the east eighty-five (85) feet of the north ten (10) foot drainage and utility easement of Lot 14, <br />Block 4, Vero Shores Subdivision Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page <br />52 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden , seconded by <br />Commissioner 0' Bryan , and adopted on the 24th day of <br />July 2007, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Gary C.
