Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for <br />Federal Awards <br />Federal Program: <br />List applicable compliance requirements as follows: <br />1. First applicable compliance requirement (e.g., what activities/services/purposes the federal <br />resources must be used for): <br />Sub -Recipient is to use funding to perform eligible activities as identified in the United States <br />Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Notice of Funding <br />Opportunity, Fiscal Year 2016 Emergency Management Performance Grant Program. <br />Second applicable compliance requirement (e.g., eligibility requirements for Sub -Recipients of the <br />resources: <br />Sub -Recipient is subject to all administrative and financial requirements as set forth in this <br />Agreement, or will be in violation of the terms of the Agreement. <br />The intent of the EMPG Base Grant Agreement is to provide each county with the means to <br />successfully manage and operate an Emergency Management Program by enhancing county <br />emergency management plans and programs that are consistent with the State Comprehensive <br />Emergency Management Plan and Program (reference Rule Chapter 27P-6, Florida <br />Administrative Code and Chapter 252, Florida Statutes). <br />27 <br />227 <br />
