<br />This Warranty Deed made this/ ay of September, 2016 between Michael J. Giessert and Lisa B. Giessert,
<br />husband and wife whose post office address is P.O. Box 402, Vero Beach, FL 32961, grantor, and Indian River County, a
<br />Political Subdivision of the State of Florida whose post office address is 1801 27th Street, Bldg A., Vero Beach, FL
<br />32960, grantee:
<br />(whenever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of
<br />individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, trusts and trustees)
