AMENDMENT No. 1 TO CONTRACT <br />FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT SERVICES <br />THIS AMENDMENT is made this I` day of May, 2015 by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />(hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY") and M.T. CAUSLEY, INC., hereinafter referred to collectively <br />as "CONTRACTOR". <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Contract for Supplemental Building Department Services executed <br />on May 13, 2014 ("Contract"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Contract provided the ability to extend the term of the Contract for an additional year to <br />include a cost of living increase; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and Contractor wish to execute this Amendment to the Contract to formally <br />acknowledge the County's exercise of its renewal option. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth in the Contract, and other good <br />and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledge, the parties agree <br />as follows: <br />I. The Contract is amended to extend the term through the end May 13, 2016, <br />2.
