RESOLUTION NO. 2016 - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands located within the municipal boundaries of the City of Fellsmere, <br />which were quit -claimed to the City of Fellsmere from Indian River County under <br />authority of Section 197.592(3), Florida Statutes, for use by the municipality as a <br />stormwater site, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, <br />F. S. <br />See attached County Deed to City of Fellsmere, <br />Florida describing lands, recorded in Book 2974 <br />at Page 549, Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Vice Chairman Joseph E.
