RECORDING REQUESTED BY AND <br />WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br />Sprint Property Services <br />Mailstop KSOPHT0101-Z2650 <br />6391 Sprint Parkway <br />Overland Park, Kansas 66251-2650 <br />8 -(5 -?DI <br />Sprint Site ID X111 3XC059-A <br />Z of <br />-- /0 0 <br />[space above this line for Recorder's use] <br />MEMORANDUM OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO GROUND SPACE LEASE <br />The MEMORANDUM OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO GROUND SPACE LEASE <br />("Memorandum"), evidences that an amendment ("Amendment') was made to Ground Space <br />Lease dated December 9, 1997 ("Lease"), by and between Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners ("Lessor") and Sprint Spectrum Realty Company, L.P., a Delaware limited <br />partnership, successor in interest to Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership <br />("Lessee"). <br />The terms and conditions of the Lease and Amendment are incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />The Lease as amended provides in part that Lessor leased to Lessee a certain portion of <br />real property owned by Lessor, located at 3955 65th Street, City of Vero Beach, County of <br />Indian River, State of Florida, which is more particularly described on Exhibit A attached and <br />incorporated herein by reference.
