EXHIBIT "B" <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />RIGHT OF WAY MAP CHECKLIST <br />All Right-of-way projects shall adhere to Chapter 177 & 472, F.S. and <br />Chapter 61G17, F.A.C. as minimum and be certified as such. <br />1. Cover sheet/Key sheet. <br />2. Survey notes and report sheet (As applicable) <br />3. Survey Control sheet (As applicable and or necessary) <br />4. Subsequent R/W map sheets. <br />5. Supply a Box or area for county acceptance and/or certification. <br />6. Title Box of each sheet must contain: <br />a. County <br />b. Designed, drawn and checked by (use names or initials) & date <br />c. Scale <br />d. Field Book References <br />7. Any notes necessary to set out the type and/or purpose of the map shall be shown. <br />8. Show pertinent dimensions and bearings in the following fashion as the case may <br />be: <br />a. Plat — (P) <br />b. Computed — (C) <br />c. Field — (F) <br />d. Deed (D) <br />9. Show stations and offsets to all major Right of Way Breaks. <br />10. Show monumented baselines and all references thereto. <br />11. Verify that computed distances and bearings are supported by field <br />measurements. <br />12. Verify and monument significant elements of Baseline alignment shown. <br />(i.e. P.C. and P.T. and P.R.C. Stations) <br />13. Ensure that significant elements of all curves are shown and are correct. Also <br />show curve data on all sheets where they appear. <br />14. Begin and End R/W Project with Stations. <br />15. Stationing in field minimum 500' beyond beginning and ending of project. <br />16. Baseline (equate to intersecting State or County Jobs by Station and job number <br />when available) as available. <br />17. Projects shall be in NAD83/2011 State plane coordinate system and bearings <br />reference shall be shown and must be clearly stated. Values shall be placed on key <br />baseline monumentation. <br />18. Section <br />19. Township <br />20. Range <br />21. Government Lots, Grants, etc. <br />22. Sections and 1/4 Sections (lines & corners). Certified Corner reports of all Section <br />corners used in the course of survey shall be completed and/or updated. <br />23. Land and Subdivision Ties (angles and/or, bearings & distances) <br />24. Subdivision name and limits <br />25. Plat Book and page (County) <br />26. Lots and Blocks (key map — blocks only) <br />
