Either Party <br />may terminate the Contract with a ninety (90) day written notice to the other Party. As of today's date, notice of <br />termination has not been received by Communications International ("Ci"). Accordingly, Ci hereby presents this "Renewal <br />Notice" to the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners for its review and signature. <br />Ci will continue to provide services to the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners for the communications <br />equipment listed in the attached "Exhibit B" for the renewal term of the Contract from October 1, 2014 through September <br />30, 2015, for the total amounts listed in said Exhibit. <br />By signing below, each Party indicates its approval of this Renewal Notice for Contract No. CII -10-146, including the <br />renewal term and the pricing listed herein. <br />COMMUNICATIONS INTERNATIONAL INC. <br />Robert Wm.
