A review of the information and <br />drawings provided on May 14, 2014, shows the proposed work is to impact 0.17 acres <br />of surface waters for the installation of 200 linear feet of 84 inch reinforced concrete <br />pipe (RCP) and 72 linear feet of a 60 inch RCP in the Indian River Farms Water Control <br />District (IRFWCD) Sub -Lateral B-8 Canal. The project also involves the installation of <br />0.17 acre of rock rip rap in the IRFWCD Canal on the east side of 58th Avenue, north <br />and south of 13th Street SW, as reflected in the attached exhibits. The project is located <br />off of 13th Street SW and 58th Avenue, and is associated with the replacement of an <br />existing bridge over the IRFWCD Canal at the intersection of 13th Street SW and 58th <br />Avenue, in Vero Beach, in Section 28, Township 33 South, Range 39 East in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Your project, as depicted on the enclosed drawings, is authorized by Nationwide <br />Permit (NWP) Numbers 13 and 14. In addition, project specific conditions have been <br />enclosed. This verification is valid until March 18, 2017. Furthermore, if you <br />commence or are under contract to commence this activity before the date that the <br />relevant nationwide permit is modified or revoked, you will have 12 months from the <br />date of the modification or revocation of the NWP to complete the activity under the <br />present terms and conditions of this nationwide permit.
