A review of the information and drawings provided on May 14, 2014, shows the proposed work is to impact 0.17 acres of surface waters for the installation of 200 linear feet of 84 inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and 72 linear feet of a 60 inch RCP in the Indian River Farms Water Control District (IRFWCD) Sub -Lateral B-8 Canal. The project also involves the installation of 0.17 acre of rock rip rap in the IRFWCD Canal on the east side of 58th Avenue, north and south of 13th Street SW, as reflected in the attached exhibits. The project is located off of 13th Street SW and 58th Avenue, and is associated with the replacement of an existing bridge over the IRFWCD Canal at the intersection of 13th Street SW and 58th Avenue, in Vero Beach, in Section 28, Township 33 South, Range 39 East in Indian River County, Florida. Your project, as depicted on the enclosed drawings, is authorized by Nationwide Permit (NWP) Numbers 13 and 14. In addition, project specific conditions have been enclosed. This verification is valid until March 18, 2017. Furthermore, if you commence or are under contract to commence this activity before the date that the relevant nationwide permit is modified or revoked, you will have 12 months from the date of the modification or revocation of the NWP to complete the activity under the present terms and conditions of this nationwide permit.
