Remove existing conduit and gear installed for PS #1 MCC <br />Install new U/G conduit and wire to MCC <br />Rebuild and reinstall gear for MCC <br />Labor- $5904.00 <br />2. New MDP and disconnect equipment <br />(4) 3/0 & (1) #6 in 2.5" conduit <br />Misc fittings <br />Material- $11516.00 <br />Labor, equipment and materials furnished shall be warranted for one year. All work to be done <br />according to local and NEC Code. All material is guaranteed as specified. All work to be <br />completed in a work like manner according to standard practices. <br />We propose to furnish material and labor and complete in accordance with above <br />specifications, for the sum of: $1742o.00 <br />Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty and 00/100 Dollars <br />Payments to be made as follows: Progress Billing <br />Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only <br />upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All <br />agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner is to carry <br />fire, flood and other necessary insurance. All material is guaranteed as specified. All work to be <br />completed in a work like manner according to standard practices. Note: This proposal may be <br />withdrawn by us if not accepted within 15 days. <br />Acceptance of Proposal- The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and <br />are hereby accepted.
