Effective Renewal Date: February 4, 2014. <br />Minimum Specification Requirements as follows: <br />Soil Compaction <br />Full Depth Reclamation Design Review <br />Asphaltic Roadway Surfacing Testing <br />Laboratory Testing <br />Field Observation <br />Engineering Reporting <br />All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards. <br />
