North Relief Canal to 71st Street) <br />(Insert name of Contract as it appears in the Contract Documents) <br />IRC Project No: 1137 <br />IRC Bid No. 2014044 <br />You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br />. By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract <br />Documents. The contract has allocated 150 days for Substantial Completion of this project and <br />180 days for Final Completion. In accordance with Article 4 of the Agreement the date of <br />Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br />insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br />approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br />work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br />obtained and approved.
