If CONTRACTOR requests in writing that <br />other special insurance be included in the property <br />insurance—policies provided under paragraph 5.06, <br />OWNER shall, if possible, include such insurance, <br />and the cost thereof will be charged to CONTRAC <br />TOR by appropriate Change- Order or Written <br />5.07 Waiver of Rights <br />A. OWNER and CONTRACTOR intend that all <br />will protect OWNER, CONTRACTOR, <br />Subcontractors, ENGINEER, ENGINEER's Consul <br />tants, and all other individuals or entities identified in <br />losses and damages caused by the perils er-sau..es,-ef <br />lose covered thereby. All such policies shall contain <br />any loss or damage the insurers will have no rights of <br />..e <br />waive all rights against each other and thei r <br />respective officers, directors, partners, employees, <br />perils or causes of loss covered by such policies and <br />and, in addition, waive all such rights against <br />Subcontractors, ENGINEER, ENGINEER's <br />Consultants, and all other individuals or entities <br />identified in the Supplementary Conditions to be listed <br />directors, partners, employees, agents, and other <br />them) under such policies for losses and damages so <br />mused.
