<br />7. be maintained in effect until final pay
<br />ment is made unless otherwise agreed to in
<br />writing by OWNER, CONTRACTOR, and
<br />insurance has been issued
<br />B. OWNER shall purchase and maintain such
<br />the interests of OWNER, CONTRACTOR,
<br />Subcontractors, ENGINEER, ENGINEER's Consul
<br />the Supplementary Conditions, each of whom is
<br />C. All the policies of insurance (and the certifi
<br />dates or other evidence thereof) required to be pur
<br />whom a certificate of insurance has been issued and
<br />paragraph -5,07.
<br />D. OWNER shall not be responsible for purchas-
<br />ing and maintaining any property insurance specified
<br />in this paragraph 5.06 to protect the interests of
<br />CONTRACTOR, Subcontractors, or others in the
<br />Work to the extent of any deductible amounts that are
<br />identified in the Supplementary Conditions. The risk
<br />of Toss within such identified deductible amount will be
<br />borne by CONTRACTOR, Subcontractors, or others
<br />suffering any such loss, and if any of them wishes
<br />property insurance coverage within the limits of such
<br />amounts, each may purchase and maintain it at the
<br />purchaser's own expense.
<br />E. If CONTRACTOR requests in writing that
<br />other special insurance be included in the property
<br />insurance policies provided under paragraph 5.06,
<br />OWNER shall, -if -passible, include such insurance,
<br />and the cost thereof will be charged to CONTRAC
<br />TOR by appropriate Change Order or Written
<br />5.07 Waiver of Rights
<br />A. OWNER and CONTRACTOR intend that all
<br />will protect OWNER, CONTRACTOR,
<br />Subcontractors, ENGINEER, ENGINEER':--C,)nsul
<br />or additional insureds (and the officers, directors,
<br />waive all rights against each other and thei r
<br />respective officers, directors, partners, employees,
<br />and, in addition, waive all such rights against
<br />Subcontractors, ENGINEER, ENGINEER's
<br />Consultants, and all other individuals or entities
<br />directors, partners, employees, agents, and other
<br />issued.
<br />8. OWNER waives all rights against
<br />CONTRACTOR, Subcontractors, ENGINEER,
<br />ENGINEER's-Consultants, and the officers, directors,
<br />1. loss due to business intcrruption, loss
<br />of use, or other consequential loss extending
<br />OWNER's property or the Work caused by,
