Therefore, it hereby <br />supersedes anything to the contrary in the Bidding Requirements or contract Documents. This <br />ADDENDUM is hereby made a part of and shall be attached to the subject Bidding Requirements and <br />Contract Documents. <br />All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the <br />Purchasing Department in writing at purchasing@ircgov.com. Interpretations or clarifications <br />considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or <br />delivered to all parties through the Issuing Office as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions <br />received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids shall not be answered <br />(Deadline September 14, 2014 by Midnight). Only questions answered by Addenda will be <br />binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. <br />All Bids must be received by the Purchasing Division office located at 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL <br />32960 prior to the date and time shown above.
