County Attorney Vitunac advised that this is just our <br />continuing process of updating the new Code. <br />Chairman Eggert opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard. There being none, she closed the Public <br />Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 92-28, amending Chapter 11, Indian River <br />County Code (1976 Edition) and placing revised <br />Chapter it in the new Code as Chapter 208, Special <br />Assessment. <br />8/4/82(dooa)LEGAL(TPO/aim) <br />ORDINANCE 92-2g <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 119 INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY CODE (1976 EDITION) AND <br />PLACING REVISED CHAPTER 11 IN THE NEW <br />CODE AS CHAPTER 2089 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the County is in the transition of going from the <br />old code (1976 edition) to the new Code (1990 edition) ; and <br />WHEREAS, the revision and placement of Chapter 11 in the <br />new code is a step in that process, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />SECTION" -1: REPEAL AND AMENDMENT. - <br />Chapter 11, Improvements and Services, Indian River <br />County Code (1976 edition) is hereby repealed in its entirety and a <br />new Chapter 208, Special Assessments is hereby adopted as set forth <br />in Attachment "A" hereto. <br />39 <br />JUL 28 1997 <br />
