There being none, she closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 92-29, providing for a "Combat Automobile <br />Theft" Program. <br />6/S/92(noco)LEGAL(TPO/ab) <br />ORDINANCE 92- 29 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR A "COMBAT <br />AUTOMOBILE THEFT" PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, Section 316.008(6), Florida Statutes, provides for the <br />establishment of a "Combat Automobile Theft" program by a county or <br />municipality, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to have such a program in <br />Indian River County, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that: <br />SECTION 1.
