Attorney Vitunac advised that his office will get with the <br />Building Dept. and check to determine if proper notice was served, <br />and Director Rymer advised that she already has had them reviewed <br />and the Attorney's Office approved the procedures. <br />Attorney Vitunac stated that we will review them again. <br />Commissioner Bird felt that based on the fact that they have <br />not had electrical service since 1983, he would move demolition. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />authorized demolition of the above listed <br />structure contingent upon review by the County <br />/ Attorney's Office. <br />/� ' 44ee <br />VII. 422624th Court - Kathleen whetstone <br />VII. 4226 24th COURT: <br />Parcel Number: 26-32-39-00005-0040-00002.0 <br />Owner: Kathleen Whetstone <br />A.
