EXHIBIT "A" <br /> PROJECTS DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> published each year after Department written approval <br /> 4 Submit a copy of the Transit Development Plan(TDP)annual progress report or plan update each year <br /> C Submit quarterly progress reports via TransCIP,the web-based state grant management software, by logging into <br /> WWW transcip com, and clicking on the"Quarterly Report"tab <br /> D Submit an invoice on the project at least every calendar quarter or as they may specify in an email to the Department's <br /> Project Manager This email must be provided in the invoice packet provided to the Department. The Agency shall <br /> include two(2)invoice hard copies of the back-up and one in TransCIP, and three(3)original Invoice Summary Sheets <br /> Please refer to JPA Sections 5.0 and 6 0,for correct payment provisions. Contact the Department's Project Manager for <br /> any additional questions before invoicing. <br /> SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS BY DEPARTMENT <br /> The Department is providing these funds as a Grant-In-Aid for the public transit program. The Department does not <br /> receive goods or services directly for this funding.
