SECTION 00458 -List of Subcontractors <br /> The Bidder SHALL list below the name and address of each Subcontractor who will perform <br /> work under this Contract in excess of one-half percent of the total bid price, and shall also list <br /> the portion of the work which will be done by such Subcontractor. After the opening of Bids, <br /> changes or substitutions will not be allowed unless approved by Indian River County after a <br /> request for such a change has been submitted in writing by the Contractor, which shall include <br /> reasons for such request.
