any-hoo4 <br />Ia.F.1. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SECTOR 3 DUNE REPAIR PROJECT <br />PROJECT NO. 0928 — A <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />The Agreement entered into on the 8th day of July 2014, is hereby revised as follows: <br />WHEREAS, Section 3.4 of the General Conditions, allows for an amendment to <br />the Contract Documents with a Change Order in order to avoid construction delays; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the County is amending Section 1.2.1 Fill Material (page TP <br />(UPLAND) — 10) of the Project Technical Provisions by eliminating the 75% sand <br />stockpile provision and adds the following conditions: <br />• By elimination of the 75% stockpile provision the CONTRACTOR shall not <br />receive additional compensation for.Mobilization and/or Demobilization above its <br />Bid awarded on July 8, .2014. Payment for Mobilization and Demobilization shall <br />remain consistent with Section 8 of the Specific Provisions, and <br />• By elimination of the 75% stockpile provision the CONTRACTOR shall schedule <br />construction on the beach in order to minimize construction delays and excessive <br />closure of public beach accesses. <br />All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged. <br />REMAINDER OF PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK <br />
