Basic Services <br />Our evaluation and documentation shall include the following: <br />1. Establish Programming and Scope data as necessary to achieve <br />a complete description of work to be performed. See initial <br />Programming/Scope description attached dated 16 October 2014. <br />2. Visit the project site, take digital photos, actual dimensions, and meet with the <br />end-users to note all concerns regarding the building and site conditions. <br />3. Research archival and electronic plans available as provided by the Owner <br />and in the absence thereof, field visit the site and document current conditions <br />in AutoCad format. <br />4. Provide Schematic Design and 100% Design Development Documents to <br />depict and define areas of demolition, renovation, remodeling or new <br />construction for the purposes of quantifying areas, volumes, structural <br />systems, and basic mechanical/electrical infrastructures within the primary <br />building. Provide an Outline Specification.
