Basic Services <br />1) Provide Construction Documents at 60% and 90% for review and approval by <br />the Owner and construction pricing by Barth Construction. Construction <br />Documents shall include drawings, specifications, and other documents <br />and electronic data setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of <br />the work. These documents will include normal structural, mechanical, and <br />electrical engineering services. All Civil engineering Services for Design and <br />Permitting of the Fire Sprinkler main line and backflow preventer systems <br />will be by others. <br />2) Provide 100% Construction documents for construction permitting and book <br />form specifications. <br />3) Provide Construction Administration services for the duration of construction <br />through substantial completion, including inspection reports and digital <br />photos, shop drawings review and response to RFI's by the Contractor. <br />B.
