ORDINANCE NO. 2017- not <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Indian River Press Journal on the 9th day of <br />January, 2017, for a public hearing to be held on the 24th day of January, 2017, at which <br />time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner OBryan , seconded by <br />Commissioner Solari , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
