SECOND EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVIDING <br /> BEACH PARKS MAINTENANCE—MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE <br /> FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> This Extension to that certain Agreement to provide managed grounds maintenance is entered into <br /> effective as of January 8,2017, by and between Indian River County,a political subdivision of the State of Florida <br /> ("County") and Integrity Lawns LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, having its principal address at <br /> P. 0. Box 69, Okeechobee, FL 34973 ("Landscaper"). <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> A. Effective January 8, 2014,the County and the "Landscaper" entered into an Agreement for Mowing and <br /> Grounds Maintenance. <br /> B. Article 6 of the Agreement contains the term and renewal provisions. <br /> C. The County and Integrity Lawns LLC entered into a first renewal term, which commenced on January 8, <br /> 2016 and ended on January 7, 2017. Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to renew the <br /> Agreement by this Extension. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable consideration, the <br /> receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County and the Landscaper agree as follows: <br /> 1. The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Second Extension. <br /> 2. The final renewal term shall commence on January 8, 2017 and shall end on January 7, 2018. <br /> 3.
